                                           برس  کے  ہوگئے  تو  بلڈپریشر  پر  نظر  رکھیں                                                   ا توار 01  ستمبر 2019ء ایک تحقیق کے مطابق 35 برس کی عمر کو پہنچنے کے بعد لوگوں کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنے بلڈ پریشر پر نظر رکھیں کیونکہ یہ بعد کی زندگی میں دماغی صحت کے لیے بہت ضروری ہے۔ تحقیق میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ دماغی صحت کو محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے ’امید کی کرن‘ 30 کے وسط سے شروع ہوتی ہے اور 50 کے اوائل تک چلتی ہے۔ 1946 میں پیدا ہونے والے 500 افراد پر کی گئی ایک تحقیق میں دیکھا گیا ہے کہ زندگی کے وسطی سالوں میں زیادہ بلڈ پریشر کی وجہ سے بعد میں خون کی شریانوں کو نقصان پہنچتا مزید پڑھیے IMRAN KHAN

Azmi Bukhari said that Lahore does not need robots and key toys for security, we are aware of the suffering that the people of Lahore have been going through for 2 years. He said that Imran Niazi was avenging his defeat at Lahore, Usman Bazdar's mission was to turn Lahore into an archeological site as well. Azmi Bukhari said that all development funds of Lahore, Gujranwala and Faisalabad are being invested in Taunsa and Mianwali.
